1st cycle. sust 250 every 4 days for the past 2 weeks. Just started 25mg Dbol today, ed.
So far my strength is going through the roof. I started out @ 187lbs. (been training 9 years, just won my first local show, natural, on stage at 170lbs.) Decided to take it to the next level. I did'nt realize the next level was such a big step up.
Deadlift 500 no wraps, no belt-easy
bench 315 not too bad (not my best exercise anyway)
squat 435 textbook form 5 reps, belt only.
All I think about is my next workout. I love to train.
