Who is off today?

Anyone not going to the gym today as a scheduled off day? What are you doing instead? Eating your ass off? Sleeping? Cardio? All of the above...................


I'm gonna go hit the bike for 45 minutes after work and then its rest and recoup for tomorrow.......monday night football at the stadium kicked my ass last night............


but, still managed my half hour on the elipitcal this am......and I'm suppose to be putting on weight.....damn it.......
 
this is my day off, the wife is working so I am staying home, watching movies and eating. I dont do any cardio when bulking...in fact, I think I hear taco bell calling my name
 
so, what do you guys do? Just hang out and eat? I'm in the office all day and If I dont do something afterwards, feel fat and lazy.....
 
got time for that too.......for now, I just suffer through some mindless cardio......helps me to eat tonight too.....

bodyfat is around 11%, just under 5'9" and sitting between 240-245lbs
 
i'm on a week off, but it's finals week, so i guess it was called for.

i take the weekends off and just use the time to sit around and relax. i'm home with both my kids all weekend, so there's really no time to do anything anyway. i just try to enjoy the days i'm not in the gym, relax, and put more focus into eating.

the off time is great, especially when you knew the day before you got in a real good workout but you're not sore. i love the days when i just feel mega pumped w/out the soreness. those are the days i spend a lot of time in the bathroom, admiring my improving physique :lol:
