Who is FSUPAT?

I've lurked on this board for a while and have read FSUPAT posts during that time frame. I've come to the conclusion that he is the immaculate conception between Fidel Castro and Graucho Marx.

His flair is equal if not above of that to Evan Marriot from Joe Millionare and exudes the sex appeal of Liz Taylor after a fundraiser for Napa Valley wineries.

If I were to guess on his looks, I'm taking a chance and saying he resembles a young Drew Carey still tackling his ever expanding waist issue.

I cant decide if this is sad, pathetic or funny.
