i'm not even sure who my last boss was. there was a lazy fat fuck that ran the downstairs. he was worthless. he only got the job because he sucked everyone's dicks. he'd bitch about the maintenance guys not doing a damn thing yet one (of the two) was his buddy....immediately after he'd get done crying and bitching to higher management, he'd grab his buddy and they'd go outside for a 45 minute smoke break...and he wondered why maintenance wasn't gettin done!
there were 2 other guys upstairs that were "semi-bosses" in that they could tell you what to do, but they couldn't at the same time. one was just as worthless as the lazy fat fuck downstairs, the other was actually a decent guy...most of the time.
then there was some idiot that was actually in charge of the whole building. his favorite word was "buddy." he was a complete moron. you wouldn't even know he was the plant supervisor unless someone else told you. everyone that went to him with a problem, his favorite response was "ok buddy, i'll get to it tomorrow." didn't matter how pertinent the problem was. one time i got his attention when i said "ok, fine, you can get to the bottom of the problem tomorrow. in the mean time, i'm going to go beat the fuck out of that shitbag. we'll talk about this tomorrow." if it wasn't for the fact that i was dead serious and he had to run and catch me before i got to the guy, i doubt anything would've gotten done about it.
damn, now i remember why i'm happy i havn't had to work in over a year
