and did you catch the crossfit competition? My boy was in it and did pretty good. He was all geeked he got to meet the oak, hasn't stopped talking about it. I don't think they have the male competitors video up yet but they had the wimminz, holy fuck the one who won is a machine.

I don't even care about the bb contest, I just want to go next year for the power lifting and the crossfit regionals. That crossfit stuff is ridiculously impressive. Did not realize till I started doing some of it myself. I can't fathom how someone can run 4k as fast as they can, take a 15 break and then DL over 500 like some of em can. I just don't understand....lol.
