I thought I would have a hard time because I limited my fats intake to next to nothing for many years (because I was stupid), but since I started eating all the fat, my skins gotten better, less acne, and not dry and flakey. Also just eat good fats like olive oil, walnuts, almonds, NPB, Flax and Fish oil, and keep saturated fats to a minimum and you will feel better about it.
