who here is on a CKD?

just wondering who here is on one, how long have you been on it and what sort of results you have had from it?!?
 
Iam. have been for 14 days. Just had my first carb up and I am just about to go do a depleteion workout. I have started to see my abs which was my goal. I am probably at 9% BF, maybe 8.5%.
 
I actually just started today.

I've been planning on it for a couple of weeks now and this morning I just said fuck it, I start today. I already had most of the supps and foods ready. Just trying to read and get more info now.

I'm cool with the low/no carbs, but I think I'll have aharder time chowing down all that fat.
 
I thought I would have a hard time because I limited my fats intake to next to nothing for many years (because I was stupid), but since I started eating all the fat, my skins gotten better, less acne, and not dry and flakey. Also just eat good fats like olive oil, walnuts, almonds, NPB, Flax and Fish oil, and keep saturated fats to a minimum and you will feel better about it.
 
Yeah, I have no problem eating the fats. I don't know if it really improves skin or not. I heard people say when they ate olive oil, their skin got worse if anything. I don't know how true that is so maybe someone could tell me.

I plan on doing either a CKD, or just dropping cals 500 below maintenance in 7 weeks.
 
I've been on it for three days now. Feel good so far. Although still cannot figure out a way to eat a bunch of fat without consuming just as much protein.

Last winter I did pure Atkins, and went down to 175 from 205. Not bad, although I lost a lot of muscle and strength.

I have made some pictures, and will post the "before/after" in a month or so.

Also on day 3.

My first 2 days were also loaded with protein. Today I've been taking in a lot more flax and udos instead of eating so much nuts and cheese. I also find that this has kept me from feeling hungry, weak and hazy. Give it a shot.
