Who here has done a d-bol only cycle?

2 weeks 20 mg ed. no post cycle therapy. one week later had gained an additional pound to the other 5 i had gained on the short cycle. strength stayed up. then the next week i started my prop cycle which i'm on still up another 4 lbs since i started this. will be doing pct on this however.


i know this is fuked up but i'm not a bb. take it for what it's worth

My first cycle was dbol only. I ran 8 weeks at 40mg/day. It was Romanian Naposim. I went from 185lbs to 225lbs. Post cycle I just used Clomid and lost about 8lbs (water mostly). I was very happy with it. My buddy called it a "play cycle". I just wanted to see if roids were my thing. I ate like a horse and took a lot of Milk Thistle.
 
I don't know if this was smart or not. But I did a ten week cycle of 20 mg's ed. I started at 215 lbs and finished at 230 lbs. After a few weeks past from the end of the cycle I evened out at 225. My bodyfat was the same after as it was before too. I'm not sure if it is safe or not to go that long. Someone on this board should be able to steer you in the right direction.

I did a 6 week cycle of russian bol, starting at 15mg/day ramping upto 35mg/day onm weeks 3&4 and back down to 15mg/day for the final week. I took the cycle in conjunction with nolva. Put on 14lb during cycle and lost 4lb after cycle, gained 40lb to bench press and havnt lost it.
 
My first cycle was 8 weeks paperbol only @ 30mg ED & it yielded aprox 5lbs after losing the water weight. My second one was 10-12 weeks BD d-bol @ 40mgED & yielded around 8-10lbs post cycle after losing water weight. It is quite possible to maintain lean mass from it despite what many say. It all depends on diet & keeping your training intense. I didn't take any anti-e's or anything else with it. Although I did & have always had anti-E's on hand just in case. I'm just fortunate enough that I do not retain much water, even on d-bol/test nor do I seem to have any problems with gyno.
 
In sweden where i live is it very popular to take 10mg d-bol every morning, before breakfeast in 6-8weeks..

It is not that mean to your own testosterone levels as d-bol is at higher doses, and you wont need any clomide after the cykle, and it is very few persons that have problems with their titties so the most of us do not have to use nolva (even thou i recomend to always have nolva at home just in case)

During one of those "10mgd-bol morning cykle" is it important to eat some more proteine, beacuse it increases the proteinesyntesis.

It is easy to keep the gains after one of those cykles, and some people that i know have gained 10kg and kept almost all of it.
 
My first two cycles were dbol only. Each one netted me with about 12 pounds of gain after they were over for a nearly 25 pound gain. Maximum weight lifts also increased dramatically.

The first was an 8 week cycle:

week 1 - 15mg (per day dosed at 4 hour increments)
week 2 - 20 mg
week 3 - 25 mg
week 4 - 30 mg
week 5 - 35 mg
week 6 - 30 mg
week 7 - 25 mg
week 8 - 20 mg
week 9 - 50mg clomid
week 10 - 50 mg clomid

The second cycle followed approximately the same patern but I just stayed at 35mg for an extra 2 weeks in the middle.

Since the gains were the same for each, I found it the 8 week cycle to be the better/safer option for me.

ehrm.... you make it sound like we only eat dbol between our daily icebear hunt. ;)

Its not that common do that among my swedish friends anyway...
 
nor amongst my swedish friends, but to each his own. I think this is a great thread. think of all those vets that say "you shouldn't do a dbol only cycle" , "add test" they say. "you won't keep your gains on dbol only". well, sounds like a lot of guys are keeping their gains with minimal sides.

The 10mg d-bol is indeed commonly discussed on swedish discussion boards, at least on those few that openly discuss AAS use/(abuse). Dont know many that have practiced it though. Most do heavier 1st cycles. Just my 2 öre

For those testing the waters, ain't nothing wrong with a d-bol only. It was my first cycle, did very low doses about 10-15mg ED for 8 weeks. Gained 14lbs, kept 10 and I wasn't even eating that big really. This was quite a few years ago though....
 
dbol rocks -- very old school. 20ed is surprisingly fun! And, yes Virginia, like any damn steroid you gain alot lose a little come out ahead. :) Go d-bol!
 
Why are everyone's dosages so low. I'm not a pro or anything, but I use d-bol at 50mg ed everytime I use it.
 
When I do it with test and deca in a bulking cycle, 40-50ed too. But d-bol only, 20ed is an interesting experience (i.e. less is more, for sure). Really try it some time. There's also a sticky in the best-of-ef section about d-bol only cycles, chock full of data and fun facts.
 
My first cycle was 100 tabs of Russian Dbol spread out over 5.5 weeks. I gained 16lbs and lost 3lbs.
 
I have run dbol up and down thru out a cycle never exceeding 20 mg/day,,,ran it for 4 months,gained 25lbs-ended up with 19lbs.
took alot of ALA-Milk thistle-water>
A Good cheap cycle IMO!!!!!!

wow, great results , you took the milk thistle for your liver?

did u take arimidex or anything while on?

Tiger i believe in milk thistle because the purified extract combats those severe back aches associated with dbol, no a dex-i'm not prone to gyno or bloat.:D

But the good thing with 10mg each morning is that your own testosterone levels wont be fully disturbed. And you problary wont need any nolva or clomid.
 
I'm going for 10mg (Generic Supplements) E.D plus cycling some clen, eca and t-3 in moderate doses for the coming 8 weeks.
This in an attempt to reduce bf without losing too much lbm :)

Food-wise i will do a moderatly strict diet with lots of protein, some good fat and a little less carbs than usual.

I'll be adding thai boxing classes to my regular gym workout during the second month.

This is my first time with aas, not the other stuff tho'.
I'd love some comments.. :)

Just curious there are so many cycles outh there. The gains I here off this deca cycle seem to be close to hevier cycles ? Not to mention it would be alot cheaper to do this than stak dec/test/dbol ? Am I missing something? If its a dumb question sorry still learning....I did a deca only cycle and was not 100% pleased although I learned alot.
