Who here gets sick often and who doesn’t?

I get sick maybe once a year if that, and everyone that I talked to that are the same way say that there parents never really gave them anything unless they were really sick as a kid, which I’m the same way, I’ve only had an aspirin maybe once I my life, but yet my mom and bros and sister are always sick and are always taking medicines and what not, but my father is like me, maybe once a year, sometimes once every two years he’s sick

What’s the deal? I think it’s soda, because i don’t drink it

Other than getting the sniffles 1-2 times a year I'm pretty bullet-proof. Last month I had my 100 year flood, which was the flu or something. Only felt bad for 2-3 days then nasal drain for 3 weeks. I should be good for the next 4 years now.

I get a cold once a year, haven't gotten the flu in years. I'm sure a couple times a year I get the runs or take some really honking shits.

I had a very sore throat a bad cough last year. That was the first cold I had in about 10 years.
In college I had drinking illness and allergies.

about the same here.....when the weather changes drastically, my sinuses go berzerk......pain in the ass....but, I rarely get a full blown cold or flu....

i always get but mostly its cause im stupid and wear shorts after my bball practice when its freeznig out

usually in the previus years i;ve never taken any medicine and ended up with clogged up nose and sore throat, now though I always take hella vitamin c and it seems to work great...

that's another thing, whenever i get sick i just popped 3 or 4 ephedrin and i was perf..... btw, isnt ephedrin the main ingredients in like over half of cold meds? no more over the counter cold and flue meds?

I dont get sick often,maybe once a year also and just sniffles and a cough,Im congested as hell right now though,I think its creeping up on me

I only get sick once a year. Unfortunately it's during the Christmas period.

i rarely get sick
i have bad sinusitis but i find the salmon oil is helping that somewhat
and i have switched from claritin to chinese meds (none of the limp dick syndrome)
but i eat very healthy and a very varied diet
i do consume some fruits but usually what is in season
(i believe nature put them there for a reason)
most of my sicknesses in last few years was because of my sinusitis bring my immune levels down
but if i did get sick chinese chicken soup (lots of ginger, garlic, tangerine peel, chili flakes, leeks, mushrooms and seaweed...........think of all the benefits of these items)
