Who here eats what they want when they bulk ?

Ok guys I'm in the 2 week of my 20 week cycle and I have been eating a lot of bullshit{junk}with my normal {clean} food intake...I have read everywhere that the pro's eat anything they can get there hands on when they are bulking so,I thought for once I would give it a try...well I'm up 10 lbs in 2 weeks...I feel a little sloppy but nothing to bad...cycle is as

test-750 mgs 20 weeks
Suspesion for the first 3-4 weeks @400mgs per week
Tren @ 75 mgs @ day weeks 12-20
Insulin @10 i.u.s postworkout weeks 10-20
Hcg 1000i.u.s the last 2 weeks of my cycle
Clomid 3 weeks after last injection
20mgs of nolvadex @ day throughout

I'm holding off on the insulin and tren until my gains from the test start to come to a stand still...I usually stop gaining after week 8....I hope to get up to 240...So to answer my ? how many of you guys eat what the hell you want when bulking?

I do but I am no longer going to do that..... EVER. My all out eating during bulking phase is no more. During the week I will eat clean and then on the weekends I will cheat. Right now even on my diet I eat clean throughout the week and then on the weekends when I feel like cheating I do. My goals are different though I never want to get all big and bloated anymore. Gotta stay goodlooking year round. Helps me with my personal training and in all aspects in life.

BTW - You hope to get up to 240? You better be at least 260-ish after this is done. :D

Basically the same here...I usually eat clean Mon-Fri...Here lately I have been eating so much crap during the weekends....260? That would be nice:D

You weight about 235 now right?? I think. Well 250ish then. If you are completely sloppy big but strong though than 260 is definately attainable. Don't forget you got insuling coming as well as the tren. Damn your gains will be sick. Keep us updated and post pics you big fucker!

I hate eating this way. Even though I have low bf, I feel like a big fat sloppy bastard. But, with my metabolism it works.

Yup about 230-235lbs as of right now...Hopefully tren and Insulin will help...Hell, my oil base test has not even kicked in yet...Right now it's just the suspension that is peaking
 
I eat clean for most meals, I allow one, what I call sloppy meal everyday. Usually it is more carbs and sugar in the meal. I have found that this keeps the glycogen stores nice and full for the next monster workout!
 
Plenty of meat and poultry. Beef stews, lasagna, pizza, roast pork with broccoli, ice cream, potatoes, pasta, sausages and pancakes. Mmmmm
 
I eat everything I find. I eat at least 5 big meals a day full or complex carbs and protein. In between I eat stuff like cheese cakes and pastries, fruits, ice ream, pudding you name it. Fast food is a good source of calories...who cares about the fat, you can get rid of it when you cut up. Eat everyting you can get your hands on when you are bulking, only be carefull when you start the insulin. During the 4-6 hours that it's active keep the fat down to a min. otherwise you'll shuttle some nice fat into your muscles along with the carbs and the proteins.

i agree. i refuse to get fat anymore. i'd rather gain 15 clean pounds than gain 35 lbs, 20 or more of which are fat. i am doing it now.....4 weeks in and up 6 lbs....no waist gain, pants actually falling off, (well the 32's....the 31's are snug, lol). and this is on dbol and anadrol with arimidex mainly since the sust/EQ isn't supposed to have quite kicked in yet (750/600 EW BTW). also added vascularity like mad, get comments on it often. so i am right on target for my 15 clean lbs i want in the 10 weeks. if i get 20 lbs and a few lbs of fat, well i can deal with that. but no more fat boy, its stupid. and i must eat clean. or for instance if i eat 16oz of white rice, i also take 40 grams of whey and a tblspn of flax and some r-ALA....so even if its "partial clean" it still counts as clean with the way i set it up. and i get fat on anything even remotely not clean. lol.......but at least i am not a fag personal trainer, thank god for that. :)
 
I can't eat much junk, I will get fat as a pig. I only weigh around 200 but I can bench over 400. I would like to get at least 20 lbs. bigger even though it would ruin my chance at being a world champion bencher in the master's division. I just can't seem to do it on 500mgs. of test a week. What will it take?
 
im with terminator on this one. I eat whatever i want, whenever i want. stay at about 10% year round without dieting. But gaining weight is a bitch for guys like us. I've never needed to cut, always bulking year round lol....mmmmm cheease cake.....
 
My diet consists of burgers, pizza, sandwiches, mostly junk food. I need to get 4000 cals in at least, and i don´t really put on a lot of fat. No way I could eat 4000+ cals clean.

not to be funny, but i never knew what the fuck PT meant. lol. i though it was initials for your name (middle and last or something)....or some nickname. then you started saying "i'm a PT" and i was like what the fuck is a PT? :freak: and i have been long enough w/o a woman to officially be gay or a priest. i prefer to think of myself as a priest in training though. :D
 
I used to eat whatever the fuck I wanted when bulking. I thought I was healthy and got my blood work done and a physical for a life insurance policy. My fucking Chlesterol was 240 and and my BP was 150 over 90. Wew that blew me away and I was only 27 at the time. It runs in my family though. I think genes have a lot to do with it but I play it safe now. I alow myself 4 or 5 crap meals a week. Since doing this I have lowered my cholesterol by 50 pts and my bp is 135 over 80 even while on dbol. Just my thougths, everyone is different!
 
I get shredded on pizza and burgers, it doesn't matter what I eat. I never go over 8-9%. Some of us are blessed with good genetics! :D

bastard!:mad: Wish I had genes like that...punk. I say if you want to eat something eat it. I try to eat so strict that I end up going on crazy binges. Try to eat clean while bulking but if you want to eat something then eat it.
 
I try to eat clean, but definitely cheat. Pizza and ice cream are my favorites and help keep the calories up. Taking ALA before those meals really helps.

Be sure to watch that fat intake around the insulin. Otherwise it will pack on fat like nothing else!
 
I eat whatever on the weekends and try to bulk clean during the week. I think this works pretty well bc you get 2 days to eat whatever you want

I know what you mean bro. My fiancee is hating life right now hanging around me because of all the junk food I eat. What she does though is cheat once in a while but tricks herself by eating diet ice creams and low sugar snacks and dried fruits to stop her cravings for sweets. I personally wouldn't be able to do that! :p
