They feel okay. Silicone feels way softer. When I get them replaced, I'll get silicone. It was a weird adjustment. When I got them, I was about 23 and was teaching hours of aerobics every day. Holy hell! I realized that all that bouncing was suddenly painful without a very good sports bra. It didn't hurt all that bad after the surgery. The doctor gave me killer meds. I didn't even know my own name for a week afterward. I've had mine for about 14 years now, though.

what was your size before? i mean, were they not at a size that you were comfortable with before the surgery?

and ive always wondered, can they explode if you take massive trauma to them? like say feel on them pretty hard?

I was a size A, before -- very petite through the torso.

No, there is no way you could squeeze hard enough that they would burst. My doctor hit one with a hammer to show me how strong they are, and it didn't burst. However, you can burst them in a car accident or the like. Even if mine did, it would be harmless because mine are saline.
