Good sleep, I clearly do not gain as much fat no matter what I eat (admits guiltily), joint relief (knees feel better than they have in half a decade!), skin looks good. Muscle gains? No, not from the doses I've done. Once I did a run where I used 10 iu post workout 3 x week, I felt I was gaining muscle that way, but for all I know it could have been water retention from the one big dose at a time. Small doses spaced through the day for fat loss or big dose post workout for gains.

Generic blue tops, anywhere from 1-10 iu per day. Right now I mix with gh peptides for one protocol done every night. I get the fat burning benefits of the peptides (ipamorelin and mod grf) and the joint healing of the gh. I use 100 mcg of each peptide and 1 iu of gh taken 15 min after the peptide shot. I also take 9 mg of melatonin an hour before the peptides as I read a study showing that this doubles the effect of grf/ghrh. This is what I've settled on and like it. I'll run it like this or similar for a damn long time I imagine. Been on gh or peptides or both for nearly a year.
 
I used for about two months? Than run out of big $$$ for expensive HGH! So that was the end of it. Would I do it again yes, if its 50$/100iu. And u have to be on it for foreveeerrr to c anything. So my experience with Growth.. BS

Yes it did, HGH is damn good ,and it's a pretty great thing (top nutrition medician to boost the energy that i have experience ) if compare to nutrition food

I think it's give the great mod when the HGH is running in your body

I will run it at all cost to get the bigger strength ,because it's only the thing that increase my strenght.

blm, I would suggest that you also research GHRP-6 combined with CJC1295 less Dac/or Modified GRF(1-29). Some find this morer cost effective bro. And the best thing about these 2 combos is that they trigger your own bod to release more of your own GH!

I will do some research on this. I am not ready for HGH quite yet so some further research is always a good idea.
 
I've been on gh for about 3 1/2 years now. Noticed a lot of things...hasnt dont much for my joints that I have noticed, but then who knows, maybe they would be a lot worse if I wasnt on it
Definitely helps with fat loss, or maintainance of low bf, but its dose dependent...more you run the more you see of that...at 8iu/day on a bulking cycle I was eating mcondalds almost every day, late at night, and stayed at 8% even on a bulking cycle
I have noticed that it seems like I need less juice when I am on gh, my cycles are effective with smaller doses.
And there have been changes over the years, weaker areas brought up, fullness and size in areas I just wasnt able to achieve before
Unfortunately I am one of the ones that gets the water retention, on any dose. It keeps me from getting fat but I hold lots of water. And have had it happen on every brand, humatrope, kefei blue tops, jintropin, saizen, etc
