Who has used GlucorellR (R-ALA) for fat loss?

I am on my second bottle right now (I've been using it for a month or so to cut for Spring Break in Mexico). I am using several things to cut with, so it is a little hard to measure the results just from the R-ALA. I just came off a cycle of Fina @ 75mg EOD, and then went straight into using Animal Cuts in combination with Yohimburn and r-AlA. I was at 226 a month ago and was at 213 when I weighed my self today (I am 6'0" @ about 10-12% b.f right now). I usually take 1 pill (100mg) before each meal. I've been told 100mg for every 30-50 grams of carbs. All in all Ithink it works pretty good.

its totally impossible to tell if the shit is even working.

i mean... i take 500mg of r-ala 3 times a day and although i've seen a major decrease in bodyfat i attribute the success to ehpedrine, a strict diet, and cardio.

the only way to really prove its effectiveness is to conduct a study with 2 groups. group 1 will take r-ala, group 2 wont.

put but groups under the same diet and training routine and let 8 weeks pass. then test both groups for lean mass, fat loss, etc, etc...
 
I've gone through 10+ bottles. It is by far the best product I've found.

I started out way too high on my doses. Finally got it to 100mg per 30 grams carbs. (Fonz said 400mg is about the best max dose.)

I'm keeping carbs low. Usually 30-50 grams per meals... so I stay at about 200mg per meal.

For cheat meals I take 400 mg... then 45 minutes later another 1-200mg.
 
well a number of off board users, who tend to be less active and less stimulant/diet oreinted, have reported significant fat loss with no change to diet or exercise.

NOTE: this effect is MOST noticeable in people that are older and/or slightly to very insulin resistant (which actually makes up a fairly large percentage of the population)..

over the last two weeks I've been using NYC/Clen/Yohimburn and r-ALA.

I've used Yoh/clen/eca's before this and I can tell the r-ALA has attributed to a more efficient fat burning environment.

Add a good AI to lower estro levels and the fat melts away, given that diet/cardio are in check.;)
 
r-ALA is increadable. I'm just over 30, and it seems to help take my metabolism back to my early 20s. When i'm on it, I can cheat a LOT and still seem to lose weight. My doses are usually 2 pills before a normal "clean" meal and 4 to 6 pills on heavy cheat meals. I'm planning on tryign out the a pill per 40 mg carbs next though.
 
good question georgie - I have been "off" of r-ALA for about 4 months now. I didn't notice a crash, aside from the fact that during this off period, I haven't worked out or eaten well... so I gained some weight back. I think the r-ALA just helps me metabolise the carbs better for short durations (like during a meal and during the digestion process right after the meal). I don't think it sticks around too long, because I need to take the r-ALA with each meal.
 
Someone told me that it was the most worthless product on the market.

I told them they were wrong. :)

I had great results with plain ala. I always did eca and yohimburn, but once i incorporated ala i attained the level of bodyfat i was hoping for.

I just got some r-ala and getting ready to bulk... i let you know
 
You'd want to eat only Protein/Carb and minimize fat as much as possible for a meal you'd consume R-Ala with correct?
 
I'va already gone through 20+ r-ala's and just bought 5 Glucorells.

What I want is the new Beta version of Gucorrel for my test...... :)

Also Macro, I stopped the P7, but instead of Bromo I'll be using DMAE+P7. DAME is a much weaker Dopamine agonist than Bromo, so technically P7+ DMAE should work.

I really like glucorell i am having great results. I have went from 218 to about 210 and 15% bf( i am 5'8"), i am still losing, trying to get to at least 12% before i cycle. Anyway last night i had one of the best workouts i have ever had. I did chest and tris, and my tris were pumped beyond belief. I know they were pumped to at least 19 and a half inches, maybe more. I think it was is the glucorell as i am not using any AAS and am on a restricted diet. I take 100mg with every meal. 30-50 g carbs.-WULF
 
Had to add to this thread again - I started up the r-ALA again (this time its Glucocerell - I used up all the "older" r-ALA). Been on since MOnday - already down 2% bodyfat and I'm not even hitting the gym at ALL yet (although I cleaned my diet up this week). I like to get the diet straightened out first, then get back into the gym (will be going again hard-core next week), because when I go to lower carbs, I get cranky for the first week or so - and I have crappy work outs during that time (Body must be adjusting to a "good" diet). BTW - the P7 is helping a LOT with the "first week" cranky period.
