Anyone, Im looking to pack on the pounds, I have Hight metabolisim and would like to attempt between 5-10 a month without gear. Can I see what worked best for you?:fro:

If you're an ectomorph then you won't be gaining 5-10 pounds of muscle a month without gear. Period. You may gain 5-10 pounds of something but it sure the hell won't be muscle.

As far as diet just eat everything in sight. It really is this simple. When you're full and don't think you can eat anymore... then eat some more. Guys with your metabolisms just need to concentrate on eating food all the time as much as you can. There is no need to make it complicated. Don't attempt to eat clean as you won't be able to get enough calories that way. Just eat whatever you can get your hands on and eventually you'll start to gain weight. When you eat at fast food then instead of getting fries, get 2 burgers, or hell get 2 burgers AND fries. Super size everything and be sure to get dessert. Eat calorie dense foods like peanut butter, add ice cream to protein shakes, add olive oil to your salads and other meals, etc...

Don't worry about gaining fat. With your metabolism you'll be able to burn it off without a second thought. Just accept some fat gain and once you put on a good amount of weight you can slowly try to burn off some of the fat.

Back when I was weak I ate everything in sight and gained a ton of muscle. At a certain point, I began gaining mainly fat and stopped. I ate a lot of clean food, and about one fast food meal per day. I ate a lot of baked potatoes, hamburgers, beef sandwhiches, orange juice, french fries, everything. I had no clue about nutrition at this point.

If leanness is important, this is definitely not the best way. If you are trying to build a foundation and have a hard time putting on muscle, however, this is a good way to start. Just make sure you start when most of your gains turn into fat. At this point a dieting period will set your body up for more gains. Your body likes to take breaks in gaining muscle, so you might as well cut at this point.

If you are looking for an intelligent way to bulk, look up Negrita Jayde's carbohydrate plan. She suggests eating a variety of carbs at every meal to maximize anabolism throughout the day. Look her up on google. For instance, eat two starches and some high GI carbs at every meal along with some protein. Try a baked potato, steak, and a meal replacement shake at every meal or something along those lines. Sustained insulin release and growth is the key here.

Thanks for the Replys!! Ya right now Im 6'4" 180ish and I have tried alot of shit to gain weight but cant:bawling: I eat everything and dont gain weight!! I want to get a foundation started, so I am gonna do this.

if you eat every thing insight you will gain alot more fat then muscle. you cant force your body to grow at a faster rate by just eating a shitload of food. you must gradually increase carbs each week. lets say you go up 30 g of carbs a week, this way your body can build and adjust to 30 g extra carbs a week, if you just pile on an extra 300-400 carbs per week you will gain muscle at the same rate but will put on fat at alot faster rate then you would 30 g of carbs. it would take about a year or more for your muscles to catch up too using 400+ g of carbs a day. lets say your maintance carbo intake is about 200 right now just go up little by little dont rush things go up 15-30 grams per week. muscles grow at the same rate wheter you go up 30 grams of carbs above your maintance per day or 400g of carbs perday. if it was as easy as just eating everything then why not just bulk for like 3 years on 800 carbs perday and be mr. olympia

NC did you even read his post? He has a fast metabolism and has a hard time gaining weight. Increasing his carbs a mere 30g a week won't do jack shit for him. For the general population eating that much isn't a good idea, for hard gainers it is the only way. He just needs to eat all that he can for 2-3 months until he gains some weight then take a break and maybe burn off some of the fat.
