Who has the best CLA and r-ALA?

I see these 2 products being sold EVERYWHERE! Question is who has the best of these 2? And what brand is the best? I need to get these 2 supplements but I'm confused on what brand I should get. I went to an online store called AF Store and they have r-ALA...120 CAPSULES. PURE (R+)LIPOIC ACID 100MG for $40. But then I went over to pumpnpose.com and they have it there for 150capsules 250mgs each for $75. And they same goes for CLA. Which brand and from who should I get both of these supplements from?
