Who has doggcrapped while ON

Most probably remember the hype about the doggcrapp routine discussed a while back - who has tried and stuck with this while on a cycle? Share results.

I want to give it a shot, but it's a tough thing to swallow to go into the gym and do only one (hard) set per bodypart every three days, when my body while on seems to be telling me that it's ok to do 10 more.
 
you have to have a consistent training partner for that routine who is also really into what you're doing. also, it's more than one set as the sets preceding the work set trains the muscle too, as well as warm it up properly. training is a very personal thing, i think the best thing you can do is try it for yourself. i will say that if you're going to do it, make sure you do it correctly to get the most out of it and not waste your time.
 
hahahahaha, i have a dc routine after eating anything with currie in it.

Bump for you though bro. I would like to here some results. 40s, right, training really is so personal. What works good for you may not even be effective at all for another person. Its good to experiment though, find a few things that work for you and stick with them.
 
I overtrained while natural. Never tried it while on, prolly better off it you were on some sort of anablic.
 
If you can find his email address you can ask him some basics questions about the routine, hes a cool guy and answered some of my questions when I used the routine about a year and a half ago. I know it is hard to believe the 1 set shit, but if you change your frame of mind and say fuck it and give it a whirl like I did its a great routine and I saw good results, I believe that I actually over trained a little. To answer your question, yes, you can use his routine while ON.
