I wonder when people say zero carbs. Does that mean zero other than post-w/o shake, or none at all. It would seem that muscle wasting is inevitable w/ 0 carbs... Did you have a carb day once a week. The reason I ask is, last time I cut was w/ 150 carbs(most of them before and after workout), and I got down to app. 7% bf, and it would seem to me that anything less than 50-100 would be very catabolic.
