who else on this board does neck exercises

anyone do em, I use a 25 pound weight and do about 200 a day. Makes you look better.
 
I assume your talking about neck raises (laying off the end of a bench with the weight on your forehead) I do them 2-3 times a week for 3 sets of 12 with a 35lb plate...... Just started doing them and I like it......

Same here. After my shoulder routine. Helps keep the area strong & prevent injury. The neck is the last place you want to neglect, since the traps & shoulders get stronger while the neck muscles, if not being trained at least a little, cannot support the increasing weight that the surrounding muscles can, and it can lead to injury.

Shit maybe that's why I've been getting these neck pains lately. I'll try some neck exercises and see if it gets better. Thanks for the info bro.
 
I do those wrestler's bridges. Since I started dieting a little over a month ago. I've gained almost 2" on my neck and lost almost 2" on my waist. Fuck yeah!

Tearing out the esophagus or larynx, uvula or whatnot is great conditioning.

Looking for some hot stuff?

Pour boiling milk into your eye sockets.
