Some of who work out just read the board and never say much like me. I have more fun reading. You learn more by listening( or in this case reading) then talking all the time.

Nah I don't work out. I just come on here to read Thunderwaves posts and smack the salami to all the nude pics.

For real been training for many years the last couple properly and thats it. I will post pics soon as I am ripped, with my face taken out for professional reasons of course.

i work with my jack lalane resistance bands mostly. and the gripper for my grip. sometimes ill do some abs on my ab roller, but its hard. so i mainly do calisthenics.

hehehe. i like to chat it up. i post on the training board too though. not so much lately since there are alot of rerun questions.

I agree I haven't tried to post as much on the training board either need to though but like you said everything is repetitive.

As for pics? Working on it ? Started my cut cycle a few weeks ago, nothing special just eating clean, cardio four times a week and clen 5cc twice daily one hour before workout or a meal in addition to my workout.

they pretty well were. i was just telling dreadlady that i really do have abnormally large pupils and i have black eyes in most of my pictures.

and to answer the rest of this thread, its the first time ive been "called out" so to speak

i came to this board first because of dread lord. now, i just use it for the sole task of killing time. for various reasons that are none of anyones business on this board, i am not working out at the moment. happy?
gonna laugh at me? poke me with sticks? cool
