can i liberal rage?
i get to the gym about 515am everyday, and that early the field is clear so not much hating, though i've hated a bit of the last 20 yrs of weight training.
all the before mentioned examples i've seen throughout the years...something that annoys me is the weight dropper guy. now, dropping weights for certain exercises is unavoidable, but you can do it in a controlled manner. countless tards i've seen drop the db 30s after curling, letting them bounce and scatter.
or db pressing and instead of a controlled one at a time drop dude half throws them and they bounce and make a bunch of noise.
for these reasons gyms make ironclad no dropping weight policies which suck.
and a few months ago i actually saw a dude in the locker room standing nekkid at the sink shaving his armpits and ballsack.
wtf?
