I've posted this before regarding suspending/capping powder.
If you want the best of both worlds, all you have to do is suspend the anavar in 151. Say you make a suspension of 20mg/ml in 151. OK GREAT! now get some gel caps and inject .5ml's of your suspension into the gel cap and cap it. After you make about 50 of them, put the caps by a warm spot.
Here's what happens, the 151 will evaporate through the gel cap, leaving behind approx. 10mg of product... The cap itself turns EXTREMELY hard, perfect for transport.

Ok guys here it is.. I finally mastered it.
Say for example, you want 10 mg caps. All you would need is:
Gel Caps
151 or everclear
1 gram of var
50 ml vial
take your 1 gram of var and 49 ml's of everclear/151 and heat it up till it fully dissolved in the alcohol.
Then take the solution and quickly take .5 ml increments and inject into a gel cap. (you have to do this rather quickly or else once it starts to cool down it'll come out of solution.)
once you have capped all 50 caps... leave in a dry, cool place for a good 24-48 hours.
After the time frame, the alcohol will have evaporated leaving behind approx. 10mg of steriod within each cap. The cap will have shrivelled up and become pretty hard, perfect for transport.
anyhow... beats mixing powders and capping individually.

i have done alot of capping in the past, var, nolva, clomid, cialis.
But it is a real pain in the arse to do, so yesterday i opted for making 100cc of 30mg/ml var and 30mg/ml nolva. I used vodka as a solvent and its extremely cloudy but aslong as u shake before each squirt, it wont be that bad.
i am slightly concerned about the taste because this batch is very strong
