I suggest you read the sticky.

There is so much info on that sticky ... including answers to questions that come up again and again.

I think it is time to make reading it mandatory before your first post from a system standpoint.
And/or ... requiring a person to read it before they can post again when they breach the rules. Not as punishment ... but to help them.

As far as research. I have been looking at places like clenbuterol.com and also reading the threads on elitefitness.com. I realize theat my question left me wide open to speculation and geting scamed but odviously I haven't done this much so I wasn't sure how to phrase my question without getting a bunch of answers I didn't need. If you have any advise please let me know.
