Who bulks year round?

I've been lifting for about 3 years . First year I got really thin, so much so that people were calling me "skeletor". For the last two years I've been bulking like crazy and with the help of two light cycles, I'm now around 230-235lbs. 17-19% BF at 6'1". I'm pretty bulky looking, but have put on alot of muscle. The thing is, I don't wanna cut down. As many have experienced, it's easier to gain muscle when your eating like a pig and gaining a little fat along the way. How many of you bulked for 3-5 years before cutting down?

You are going to have to cut sooner or later, and at 19%bf I'd say do a mild cutter and get down to atleast 12%.

Oh Nooooo!!!! Yeah, I'm gonna do it in March (me and Fina). I can't stand going through another summer all sweaty and shit.
 
230*.18=41.4 lbs of fat.
230-41.4=188.6

i am not trying to be a dick but what were your stats when you started. i like looking big but looking good is also important IMO.
 
i've bulked since May, had some contest aspirations so i wanted to just get really big then cut it down later did 2 10 week cycles and 1 6 week cycle and went from about 165 and 8% to 215 and 12-15% i think i have eaten more in these months than i did in a whole year previously it was worth it though
 
I have done 5 cycles which have all been bulkers. I am currently 5"10" at about 230lbs 14-15 bf. I dont plan on cutting anytime soon. i love to bulk.

same here...5'11 and about 235 as of current...
 
im bulking till i hit 270-280, then i'll worry about bodyfat,

right now im just over 240# at 5'11, probably 12%bf and growing. everytime i cut, i look like a skinny little bitch, or as my training partner needsize would say, i look like an aids patient!

When I started lifting I was around 210lbs. My BF was way high at around 29%. I remember that my arms were 13 inches! Then I dropped down to around 180lbs. and people were asking me if I was sick, I looked awful. Then started to bulk and now I'm at my present weight. People usually think I'm around 200lbs when they guess my weight. Arms are now 18 inches, quads 30 inches calves 19 inches. waist is 36" ouch! Oh well, I'm gonna go eat.

I've been bulking for a good year now, gonna bulk for about 4 more months probably.

I have been bulking for 2 years,, I am about 245 at 11% BF. If you are really at 19% I would get it down. I try to not let myself get above 12 or 13. I got up around 20% one time and it was a bitch losing the fat. I think half my muscle went with it. If you are going to bodybuild it is better to stay withing strking distance. My rule If my 34' pants get to the point where I can't button them I slow down my diet a tab. Not scientific but it works for me!

Bulking for a whole year?
Damn, after 3 months of force feeding yourself I wouldnt have the energy to go on for another 9 months..........unless my diet consisted of junk food.
 
I usually bulk up over the winter period and spend the rest of the time ripped :-) I find that if you train to be a bodybuilder then you should look like one.
