Who benches like this?

Massive thighs on that bro, and it looks like he's sportin' a boner.

She's a woman, just to make that clear.

Point is that if some one asks her how much she benches then she probably forgets to mention results she gets when keeping the ass in the bench.

Chick with a dick? Looks like she's got a pretty big one.

yep no man sack in them shorts.

I"d lick it :spin:

lower back damage. na. not anything worse than a regular back bend would cause. she just moved her bench press to a decline no big deal unless she calles it a bench :spin: :D

I bench with a guy who does that, he is strong as a bull - I think it has to do with his past powerlifting approach. I thought it was crazy when I saw it at first also.

powerlifting has nothing to do with that shitty forum

I have no idea, but it looks like it to me.

Vaguely, but look at the feet ... in all the pictures of the powerlifters, despite the height of the bench or the exaggerated lumbar arch, the FEET are flat on the floor so they're still braced ...

The person (I dunno, the legs look awfully slender and smooth for a man, but aren't those two 45s to a side, how in the world could a slim woman bench 250?), isn't just using bad form, it's CATASTROPHICALLY bad form! Back problems heck, neck and shoulder problems :worried:

Made me wince ...

Edit: I went back and looked one more time, zoomed in, it's four 20s so 125 total. A woman using horrendously bad form on a bench too high for her.

You guys realize that when you do a lift that way you're basically doing a decline bench press, which is the easiest form of benching because of the decreased range of motion. They're practically bringing the bar down to their belly button, while placing a crap load of strain on their neck. Except these idiots do it on a flat bench so they can convince themselves they're actually doing a legit bench.

Another way to put it is, they're cheating... which is what powerlifting is all about anyway lol.

well look a little closer and you'll notice the brand name of weights. that 20 you see on there is 20kilo which is roughly 44lbs. plus it looks like something close to a ten and a five on each side. roughly 250lbs is my guess.

and youll notice the type of shoes being worn, calistoga ultimas, designed specifically for olympic long jumpers. The arch type press form is working the back muscles for dynamic movement of the initial stages of the long jump when the back arches. lol, flat benches for long jumpers makes no sense, all u haters

i didnt want to speculate too much but i figured something of the sort.

First of all.... Just because soe one is Benching, does'nt mean they're powerlifting.

If i have sex am I a porn star?

Actually, yes, YES I AM.

I thought the plates looked too big to be 20 pounds ... well, that tears it, I am more bewildered than ever ...

I stand by my original statement, bad form on a bench too high. This is a person who, in a matter of weeks or months, is going to start having pain somewhere and won't understand why.

97,5 kilos, that's about 215lbs.

and does it really matter how she lifts if she's track and field.

Of course it does, especially if you're complaining about back problems that is affecting your javelin throwing.

im not complaining about anything and i dont have a javoline or whatever.

I am with BB this type of form works way more muscles.

and she is learning how to push her hips forward this will aid her in her jumping.
plus it is kinda sexy.

I bet she does it on incline also.

or maybe they cannot afford a decline?

or maybe they are playing london bridges ? :spin:

or maybe the coach is sayin ya push that pussy up there ya go push push.. ;)
