NASM is a good cert. do you guys follow their Integrated training protocols exclusively or just for background education? They have great kinetic chain assessment instruction.

I teach thier OPT methodoligies to my trainers. It is a great way to progress clients with minimal need for gym equipment. Pay structure for trainers is regulated on thier education as well. degrees, accepted certs, time with the company ect..
I know Mike Clark very well. he is an awesome and extremely knowedgeable man.
