I posted a thread about that a while back.EVP is the real deal-Reality.The movie is likely going to go crazy with the dramatization aspects,but it is a real phenomenon.I will be first in line to see this.

As far as it being a real phenomenon,here's how it works:A paranormal research team will go into a haunted location with a audio or digital recorder with an external microphone.They will pick specific areas to run the recorder in.They will ask a series of questions with a pause in between them.Often times,although no one else is visibly present,there will be responses that come back,in a sound range undetectable by the human ear,but picked up by artificial means.

What are the responses like? Obsessively morbid and crazy?
