Whinny dosage???

If you are going to swallow whinny, should you swallow .5 cc twice a day every day? Or should you swallow 1 cc once a day? What is the best way , I got 20cc.

i get good results from taking 25mg in the morning and 25mg 8hrs later ed, I don't like eod.
