what do you guys perfer while on . a split routine or 5x5 routine. I usually do split routine but I thought i would give the 5x5 routine a try. i am getting stronger but it seems like i am not getting enough arm work during the week. my arms are usually lookin big all the time on split but dont seemed to be as pumped up since doing 5x5. i am doing d-bol and sust right now and was just wandering what routines do you perfer while on? or maybe a mixture of both???

You need to lift, heavy, every body part at least once a week.

So if you do every body part twice a week, one time you just have to go nuts and lift as heavy as possible.

Also work around injuries and all the other nonsense.


You have seen Arnold, Ronnie and all the other pros in videos on you tube, right?


What are they doing lifting heavy, real heavy, right,

How is there form? It sucks, but they use as good of form as possible considering the weight they are lifting.
 
i have used DC TRAINING wich is heavy and got BIG and used 4-5 days routine and got cut and big i like the 4-5 days and thats what im doing on this cycle, but heavy routine do = BIG MUSCLES AND WEIGHT, hit my record lifts doing dc style
 
dont you have a feeling that your arms are getting neglected on the 5x5?? I do. is it wrong for me to keep some of the 5x5 excercises and do them 5x5 and add some isolations in there also or should i wait a couple of weeks and see if any change takes place???
