what do you guys perfer while on . a split routine or 5x5 routine. I usually do split routine but I thought i would give the 5x5 routine a try. i am getting stronger but it seems like i am not getting enough arm work during the week. my arms are usually lookin big all the time on split but dont seemed to be as pumped up since doing 5x5. i am doing d-bol and sust right now and was just wandering what routines do you perfer while on? or maybe a mixture of both???
