While on anyone do bodyparts twice a week?

I hit everything twice a week. Except this week, because my fag gym is closed for no reason (more crap from a crappy gym . . . I swear, small towns suck -- no real gyms. I need to buy a home rack and be done with the nonsense.)
 
Omega, you posted a routine in a thread of JA a month ago, I was wondering if you would recommend that for a mass builder, or more for cutting. It was this one:

ultra simplified workout


chest - flat db press 6 sets ( pyramid)
high Incline Db press ( 2-3 sets same weight)
cable fly ( 2 sets)

delts - cable side laterals ( 3 sets)

tris - one arm cable press down ( 3 sets)
db extentions ( 2 sets)

quads / hams - Squats 6 sets ( pyramid)
hamstring curls ( 3 sets)
Leg ext (2-3 sets)

calves - seated calf raise 6 sets till falure


abs - roman chair situps till failure

back - deadlifts 6 sets
pull downs 3 sets
db rows 2 sets

Bis - preacher curls 4 sets
hammer curls 3 sets

Also, did you mean a 3 on, one off split? Everything twice a week? I am looking for a fresh routine, and about to bulk for a bit. I saw this routine, and it looks like it might just fit the bill nicely. My current stats are 6'3 255, 9%.
