Which Training

I have been training for some time now and am lookin to start a new training program. My goals are strength aswell as mass . I have read about the DHFT method . Has any one made great gains using this method. Is there another training program that i should be looking at to achive my goals .

That's a good program. Many people get great results from 5x5 as well. Really any of the programs in the training sticky work. It just depends on what will work best for you.
 
Check the sticky. If u do WSB and eat a lot youll get big and strong. I did that over the winter and was the biggest Ive ever been. DC is also a great training method. You have to try them and see which fits your goals best.
