I'm assuming you mean mg not g. I would love to see you drinking 3kg of fishoil every day
For maximum benefits from fish oil, some experts recommend as much as 10g a day (assuming 300mg of EPA/DHA), but I like to go with about half of that since I find it harder to gain weight when taking in 10g a day.
"Data from the University of Western Ontario shows that fish oil supplementation increases lean body mass (during non-dieting conditions), increases BMR (by up to 400 kcal/day), decreases inflammation, and improves the ratio of fat/carb oxidized (sparing carbs, burning fat). Start with 6-10g per day of total fish oil (assuming 30% EPA and DHA)."
I don't see much need for taurine unless you're taking clen... I'm not aware of any other benefits it might have.
Unless you think you're susceptible to heart disease or anything that might require a blood thinner such as aspirin, I would stop taking it. Long-term use (2 weeks +) is not very good. If you're taking it for muscle pain, stop as well. There's tons of reasons, but I don't feel like elaborating right now.
The rest of the stuff is good.
