Eq and winny..

bust most importantly, just because you are using aas, doesn't mean that you should neglect atleast 20 minutes of cardio each day..
 
it depends how high your b/f is, tren/winny if it's low, but if you're packin some fat any steroid that increases a lot of lean muscle will help body disposition and the new muscle will burn more calories

really? what exactly is feed efficiency? if this is true why is there tren made for humans? what is its true medical use.

as long as we are on subject of tren thought i would share some experiences. now on week four or so of tren (parabolan) and think i am experiencing some of the sides: night sweats and insomnia. :(

i am not positive if it is the tren since experienced none of this the first three weeks. we have been having strangely hot weather this week in san diego. i am wondering if i am waking up all sweaty simply because it is so much warmer than usual. in winter (yes even in san diego) have two blankets, comforter, and windows closed.

This the amount of fat that I have to lose:
Stomach, probably 3-4 pounds.
Thighs, probably 2 pounds.
After that, I will have no visible fat on my body, except in my ass.
I want to keep that. (I am not gay) I have a great ass.
I am not great in muscle part yet (planning only my 2nd cycle), but fat part is covered.
It is easy to lose fat while on AAS, if you don't increase your eating, you just convert fat to muscle.
 
I would absolutely say Tren. First time I ran tren I was BULKING and gained 10lbs and lost 2-3%bf. Wonderful stuff. Great pumps, crazy strength.

gotta agree with khemix. tren is a miracle AAS. i am combining with eq now and getting to point where all my shirts are fitting too tight, butt and legs growing so pants fit tighter, yet waistline may actually be shrinking.

this is the AAS that truly changes body compostion. i have only put on a few more lbs on the scale, but the results are pretty dramatic for such a short time.

I DO NOT agree with the 20 min. a day at all.
Maybe 3 days a week, but come on...it's your DIET. If you're hitting the weights hard and taking AAS and eating EXACTLY what you should and no cheating...you'll be amazed w/ the results..Cardio does a good job of hindering strength and muscle mass @ 20min. ED :rolleyes:

maybe or maybe not. a little cardio may do wonders for other very important things such as blood pressure, heart rate, mood. moderate cardio should not hinder muscle mass unless your doing something ridiculous like long distance running. (could this POSSIBLY be fun?)

Yep Tren really does make serious changes to your body. I've been on 100mg/eod of tren since last Monday and have already gained 12lbs. I'm more vascular than I think I've ever been. I love tren.

tren is overated... how can everyone love a substance that makes you want to kill everyone you meet? :)
seriously though, tren was nothing more than side effect city for me... Lost a lot of friends that cycle.

Aggression is purely mental. You might be alot more aggitable when taking tren, but if you weren't weak minded then you should be able to control your temper. I'm not meaning in a mean way, jsut stating what I know to be true. Let me know if im scientifically wrong.

If what your saying is true.... then there are A LOT of weak minded people here.. tren being such a potent androgen, it does promote aggression.. Maybe not for you, but those that are susceptible to it, (just how some people get anxiety with EQ while others don't) will truly rage from it.. That does not make them weak minded.. it makes them aggression prone. I've seen it happen and fina was the cause.
 
i have felt zero mood changes on tren. if anything a little cockiness with my improved physique. don't buy the rage thing either. :o

You're absolutely right with the statement I bolded. Thanks for correcting me and not being an asshole about it lol. I didn't think about someone being susceptible to anger but your totally right. Again thanks.

Since when does fat become muscle??? fat is fat muscle is made of proteins.

Not flaming you bro, anf im not a flamer, lol, just kiddin around, Actually, it is true. Clean eating and cardio will do more for most that any given AAS.

I wont be doing Tren again for a while, I dont get aggressive on it at all but it does however make me agitated according to my ex girlfriend. Well I put it down to the Tren, She said I was only like that sometimes and its funny how it was on shot days.
 
WTF happened to al the people that know what they are talking about fuckin a steroids do don;t generate fat loss!!!! Sure tren will help you to lose some fat but very little its your diet that removes fat and excercise not tren or any other steroid for that matter. Sure test also will help to increase your metabolism but only slightly everyone is always lookin for somethin to take or shoot ot lose fat it doesn't work like that clean up your diet and throw in some cardio.
 
It just amazes me when I see how many times this question gets asked. Not only that. But I'm also in a state of amusement over how many people get really pissed off about this topic. Who cares. Let them think there is a magic bullet. That way, those of us that know better will always have the edge. You can't talk them out of it anyway. People always think there's some pill you can take.

I didn't mean literally.
If you are using AAS, and eating adequate amount of protein, you will build muscle. Building muscle requires use of extra calories (in addition to your maintenance calories to maintain your weight).
If you are eating the same number of calories as before, your body will burn fat to use for your maintenance calories (for usual daily activities).
Result: more muscle, less fat.
This is just rudimentary math.
 
I hear what allot of you are saying. There is no magical pill, Diet works, cardio and diet....Blah blah..

Lets be honest we all have a magical pill. It is a matter of how you use it. If i was on Tren and Eq and had the same diet, cardio, and routine as you I would blow you out of the water with my gains. So that puts that pont to rest.

Diet is key, yes it is. The body will burn more fat if your body has more muscle. So by increasing your LBM you will burn more fat.

I dont say that a fat ass should jump on gear. But give me a pupil, I will develope a diet, training and a cycle and get that bitch right.

If your 30% BF then dont do it. But if your 17% and looking to drop go for it.

My answer is Primo, and Eq...

40% diet, 25% training, 25% Gear, 10% Sleep...IMO
