Sunday - Chest
Monday - Back
Tuesday - OFF
Wed - Tri's/Bi's
Thurs - Shoulders/Traps
Fri - OFF
Sat - Legs

**OR**

Sunday - Chest/Tri's
Monday - Back/Bi's
Tuesday - OFF
Wed - Shoulders
Thur - Traps ( I really like destroying my traps)
Friday - OFF
Sat - Legs

Damnit, I forgot the other one. Anyone?
Or, if both of these look shitty, hit me up with another one.
 
Only way to find out which one works best for you is to try them. You should change up your routine every few months so try them both.

So you think bi's after back and tri's after chest is ok?? I know I wouldnt be able to hit them as hard after the other body part. This was my other routine, the one I need to change from:


sunday - legs
monday - chest
tuesday - back
Wed - tri's
Thur - bi's
Fri - shoulders
Sat - traps

And I think this after awhile has lead me maybe to overtraining, however, i gained almost 25 lean pounds off of it. Would the routine Ive been using, the one above, be overtraining even with the addition of gear?
So any ideas here?
