which sarm GW or SR for pre workout?

I’m starting to do some really hardcore cardio
Wondering which sarm I should be taking pre-workout.
The choice I have is between gw501516 and sr9009.
Which one of those would be more effective if I want greater strength and endurance? Or should I try something else?

you can stack gw and sr 20mgs each
