Here's a moderatly priced, reasonably safe and (bordeline) decently effective "stack"
1) 4-AD Nasal spray (Psycho-diol by Ergopharm) 3 sprays per nostril in the morning. It skips the first liver pass and gives more agression than the oral form. 6 puffs render about 25mg of 4-AD which is equal to 200mg taken oraly (give or take). It's very fast acting and has a halflife of 2-3 hours, which means you feel an energy boost right away (15-30 mins) and it's totally gone by evening = very little suppression.
2) Arimidex or Femara half a tab EOD.
3) Finasteride 1mg/day or 1.25 if you get Proscar and split it in 4
4) Clomid 50mg first day, after that 25mg EOD. Since it has the halflife of approx. 2 days this will result in a steady relatively low level, just enough to compensate the negative effects of arimidex/femara on the cholesterol and just enough to null the minimal suppression you might still experience from 4-AD.
5) ZMA or just Zinc before going to bed. I recommend Opti-Zinc from beyond-a-century.
6) Optional: Avena Sativa 1g/day. It is said to compete with test for the SHBG, resulting in higher free test levels. Cannot confirm that from experience though.
7) ALA 2g/day
This together with high protein/medium to high carbs/low fat will put some pounds on you, how many it really depends...
