which personal training exam is harder?

whats the hardest exam anyone know??? i always thought it was ace then i was talking to some lady and she was like the NSCA is the hardest and all this....but i diddnt know....i just got my ACE and she was like we don't except ACE cuz i was lookign for a job at our gym.....anyone have any input on whats the easiest and the hardest exams???
