Hello. Im looking for a martial art to practice, both for the fun of it and the cardio and flexibility benefits. Im 6'0, 215. Not really interested in kicking as i have a bad knee. I want something that incorporates boxing with throws and groundfighting. Basically something that can be used in real world encounters. Any suggestions?

I would say:

-Boxing
-Greco Roman Style Wrestling (No lowerbody attacks or legs used... Some WICKED throws)
