Which NSAID ?

Tendinitis, tear, back pain .... who didn't suffer such injuries ?

Fortunately NSAIDs are here to relieve pain and help treat inflammation

But which one is best ?

Oral or topical ?

COX-1 selective like ketoprofen (Orudis )
non-selective like aspirin and ibuprofen (Advil)
or selective COX-2 inhibitors (Celecoxib/Celebrex) ?

I had a shoulder injury that gave me fits for about 6 months....used mainly naprosin and external cortosone along with PT and modifed press techniques....

Didn't seem to help much...

The doc was considering surgery but gave me some samples of Bextra...

I'll be damned if that stuff didn't SIGNIFICANTLY help....either that or all the PT finally kicked in...couldn't bench or press for months....

Feel great now....
