Which is the best carb source in your ....

oats as studies have shown them to raise test slightly

and ive just always had a hankerin fer seriel
 
right now I'm down to whole wheat cereal and brown rice... I'm bulking

when cutting: oats and whole wheat bio.bread

as to why? relatively low GI, fibrous, ease of use (I hate cooking).

Gotta find a balance with your lifestyle... if the best carb source out there takes 2 hours to get ready, I'm not having it
 
whole wheat pasta, brown rice, wheat bread, yams MMMMMMM

my fav. gives me energy, build muscle quick and give me tons of strength
 
brown rice, easy for me to make a big pot on Sundays and use it through out the week.

Oatbran, I use it as a carb source in my morning shakes, raw. I prepare my shake at night, protein powder, oatbran and flax seed meal, leave it on my dresser, first thing after I wake up I just pour water and drink.

To me, convenience is the key. Rice does take time to cook, but it's really convinient for me to store it in the fridge and just worry about weighing the portions through out the week as I need them. I do the same with chicken.
