Which is more effective? Helps!!

Okay been searching around for a little, and cant totally pin out a straight answer, so was hoping yall could!!!

Which is more effective

10 weeks or Test-E
or 12 weeks of test-E
(i know 12 weeks is more, but enough to make a difference???)

Also which is more effective:
1 shot at 500mg of test a week or
2 shots at 250 a week??

are you only going to do a test e cycle or are you going to include another anabolic? if it's just test e i think that 10 weeks would do.

it wont make a huge difference but many starter use a 10 week cycle to start out. Also, the difference between 250 twice or 500 once is not huge since the half life of test e is around 10.5 days. but most people split it up into two shots a week because it will make the test levels a little more stable. But either of your options on both of your questions would work

if you see your gains continuing into the 10week, keep going another week, until they stop or you get to 12 weeks, then run a full pct.
