which is better ,,,cardio? or a GREAt diet without it?

hey is it possible if i eat high protein, moderate faat, and low carbs and do cardio 1st thing in the morning will it be more effective than a ckd diet and no cardio? can i just have my carbs in themorning and do cardio HIIT or moderate cardio ..not to LOSE MUSCLE
 
whatever diet you are on
if your main goal is loosing fat
then you should always do cardio
first thing in the morning
so that your metabolism is faster throughout
the
day
 
cardio or weightlifting in the morning will raise metabolism for the day

cardio after that 1hour your heat rate up and shit
 
For me cardio is a must. I've tried dieting without cardio and it's very hard.

It's also a mental thing, you are less likely to cheat on your diet if you woke up at 6 am to bust your ass on a treadmill. It also speeds up your metabolism significantly.
