For a starter cycle, picking 2 days a week, like Monday and Thursday, is simplest. Make sure you go 8 weeks. Also, have agressive PCT planned, like clomid, nolvadex and HCG. Begin the PCT one month after the last injection. You still have plenty of test in your system after the last shot, so work out hard in the gym that month! Eat plenty of food, especially meat, and drink a protein shake or two a day. And did I mention . . . EAT! Go heavy on your routine like the 5 rep range. Make sure you squat, bench, deadlift and row. All mandatory.
JudoTom is technically correct. The most efficient way to use sust is injecting like an amp a day for one week, then like one every four days, then one every few weeks. But this is very complicated, and factors this subtle won't make or break you. But failure to keep a diet and intensity of training appropriate to an anabolic cycle WILL BREAK YOU. Furthermore, if you are not used to the sides of sust, or even if you are familiar, but haven't done a sust cycle in a while, then the easiest way to deal with sides is to let your system slowly accomadate to them and also let your system ease gently of a cycle. I still prefer to inject sust four set days a week and let it ride in.
Just inject the sustanon two set days a week. You may want to kickstart with 20 ed of dianabol for 4 weeks if you are impatient type.
