i actually think triceps kickbacks really fry my CNS..and i use the powder blue dbells

:chomp:

Pffft...that's nothing. The heavy lifters in my gym ALL use the pink dbs for kickbacks. The real hardcore guys even do them with bright yellow Big Bird floaties.

Now THAT'S real strength my friend.

I would say the clean and jerk or clean/press, followed by deadlift.

A clean and jerk is basically a deadlift at first..... specially some of those guys that can rack 500lbs on their shoulders and jerk it overhead. I wouldn't have a hope in hell of deadlifting 500lbs, let alone getting that over my head.

My wreslters I coach always used to ask each other and me the question that makes any serious lifter cringe, "How much do you Bench?" Drove me nuts for awhile!!

What I've told them is that they should be asking, "Whats your combined?"
(Deads, Squat, & Bench) Genetics definately come into play here and some make better pullers than pushers so all 3 lifts together should be the over-all gauge used.

As for a single excercise though I'd have to say its a toss up between Deads & Power Cleans

No one mentioned biceps curls (w/ plastic Dumbells) on the stability ball ?

Atlas stones. Forget all the gym stuff. Deads and squats do nothing for my pecs and delts. Benching does little for my quads etc.

I like the way that you think.
