Which do you think is a better routine

hey bros,
I have a question regarding routines and want to know what routine you think is better.
My current routine: 3 on 2 off
day 1: chest 4sets, 7-8 reps, 3 exercises
day 2: back/shoulders 4 sets each, 7-8 reps, 3 exercises each
day 3: bi's/tri's 4 sets each, 7-8 reps, 3 exercises each
I have found decent success with this routine and am quit happy with it.
I thought of another routine and was curious if it would be better to maximize gains and results. Here it is
Considering routine: 5 on 2 off
Day 1: chest 6sets, 7-8 reps, 4 exercises
Day 2: Back 6sets, 7-8 reps, 4 exercises
Day 3: Shoulders 6sets, 7-8 reps, 4 exercises
Day 4: bi's 6sets, 7-8 reps, 4 exercises
Day 5: tri's 6sets, 7-8 reps, 4 exercises
What is you guys opinions on these routines. Maybe i should alternate back and forth between these two? Any help or suggestions to make either routines better would be greatly appreciated. I am going to be hitting a test/d-bol/winny cycle within the next 2 weeks also. Thanks

When do you lift legs?? You want one whole workout session for just tris?? I think before you start AAS you should first learn how to design a proper routine

yea seriously, get some legs going there.. and why not combine bis and tris on the same day? they are small muscles so you only need 9 or so good sets each to totally work them

well i am happy with my routine and i think my current routine is good and I have had good success with it along with AAS. Just wondering if the one i was considering would be better is all. But I guess its everyone's personal opinion and different routines work different for everyone.

You need to at least throw squats in there, although squats are mainly a leg exercise they stimulate the entire body. A routine without squats (of some kind) is not complete. Also, do you work abs at all? Quad / ham / core development is vital to any lifting routine.
