Which Diet for What Look?

All of my females clients striving for a 10-12%BF are on a high protein, low carb regimen. They also perform, three times per week, an aerobic (cycle) style resistence workout. Rest days are for rest or LOW INTENSITY aerobics (read WALKING ONLY). Without access to DNP, I have had success with T3 (cytomel) and Clen stacked--5 weeks on, eight weeks off (I know that the T3/Clen cycle can be debated until one is blue in the face). I have had great success with HGH as a fat burner also.

For clients that want to increase size/strength or stamina (after achieving a 10-12%BF), I put them on a isocaloric diet of equal protein,carbs, and fats--clean eating and enough calories so they gain muscle mass. Training is 4 or 5-days-a-week with split routine. (Specifics on routines and dosages available upon request). I use an AAS/antiestrogen or just HGH or Glucophage/antiestrogen--really depends on the individual. Food for thought. This program is available to women and men of the board--email me for details.

Is there a particular HGH you recommend? Does it matter if it contains IGF-1? I've seen some major disparities in price what accounts for that? Pills or sublingual? Also, do you take this with the Evista? And what about the ECA and Yohimbine stacks, can you do all of these together? I am no where near 10-12% bodyfat, But most of my excess lays in my back right underneath the bra-line and down. I am an avid weight lifter, cardio, etc. any suggestions for me?

I recommend Saizen 5mg (15IU), 5 IU sc daily, 5days on 2 days off. Serostim is a ripoff and it is too concentrated and doesn't remain as stable as Saizen. HGH doesn't contain IGF-1; it stimulates the liver to secrete it. HGH must be injected--preferably subcutaneously (SC). I have done ECA and Yohimbe stacks, but T3/Clen and HGH are 10 times faster, more efficient and safer.

Hi Protein, low carb diet (green vegetables the source of carbs); aerobic style resistence training in cycle fashion: 4sets of 20-25 reps of a push, pull, and leg press motion. Three times per week. Daily warmup--6 minute treadmill walking; 25 ab crunches; 25 rev crunches; 15 straight leg deadlifts. T3/Clen or HGH and Evista/Arimidex would help the process.
