I'm in the process of cutting up for the summer and could use some input in deciding between two prospective cycles.
First, some background. I'm 5'9, 195, 9% bf currently. I'm just ending a 6 week winny cycle of 100mg/week. Though I was pleased with the results, I think I used too large a caloric deficit and possibly too much cardio and saw a bit more catabolism than I would have liked. So for the next 6 weeks, I'll be gradually increasing calories to get the metabolism running again and focus on decreasing bodyfat via adding lean muscle mass. In the week before my next cycle, I'll up calories above maintence so my system is really ready to go.
My goals are relatively modest: I'd like to add about 5-7 lbs of lbm, and get my bf down 2-3% further. Here are my two prospective cycles:
1. 8 weeks:
-SPA OX, weeks 1-8, 32.5 mg/ed
-Micronized Creatine, weeks 1-6, 15mg/ed
2. 6 weeks:
-Quality Vet Prop, weeks 1-6, 100mg eod
-Tren, weeks 1-6, 37.5mg/ed
-Ttokyo Ox, weeks 2-6, 15mg/ed
-Micronized creatine weeks 3-6, 10mg/ed(to try to get a bit of ox/creatine syngery despite the low dosages)
-Liquidex, weeks 1-6(and post cycle), 1g/ed
-of course will use appropriate clomid therapy with either
*with either cycle, I'll be lifting 4 times a week and the other 3 days will be doing HIIT cardio(wind sprints and stairs). Will also be using NYC stack in relatively low dosages as well as topical Yohimburn. Calories will be cycled, with 2 days at maintanance, 1 day above maintance, and 4 deficit days, some greater than others. Diet will be largely protein and healthy fats, with carbs coming mostly from oats and green veggies. Will add in 1-2 high carb days and will use ALA throughout. I like to switch my weight training up frequently, so I may incorprate some German volume training for two weeks or possibly give the t-mag "total meltdown" program a try.
Any input on the cycles and advice/critique on my prospective training and dieting are greatly appreciated.
