Which creatine with anavar

Guys, I am going to be adding anavar to my cycle on monday, 50mg per day for 16 weeks. The last time I used creatine was 6 yrs ago and it was the Phosphagen HP crap. What is the best creatine on the market? I am looking for a product which dosen't have tons of sugar like Phosphagen HP, and which dosen't bloat you up. Thanks

Creatine doesn't cause edema, but I'd go with something pure and then add some fruit juice. Grape or pineapple are my personal favorites.

Actually.. researchers have found that glucose is faster at shuttling creatine into cells than fructose. The idea is to minimize the work your body has to do to transport the goods. Fructose must be broken down before it becomes glucose.. so avoid that step all together. Try your creatine with gatorade or just buy some with maltodextrin already in it (most every supplement website has "performance creatine" now).

Because its faster, does that make it better? Anyways the benifit of adding fruit juice is more than just to transport creatine. Either way its up to you.

the goal is cellular absorbtion, osmosis.

To get the creatine phosphate into muscle cells, a few things are needed, to maximize it you'll need the following.

insulin
sodium
potassium
water

which is why gatorade is a pretty good choice IN my OPIONION, it contains dextrose, there.. you will have your insulin spike, it also contains sodium and potassium, and you add water to powder gatorade, or it's in the prebottled stuff.. essential for osmosis.

Thanks bros. I just ordered some Prolab creatine monohydrate powder. I am going to mix this crap with gatorade! Thanks for the advice. :D

Yep. Cause creatine rapidly degrades into creatinine in solution. This is another reason not to premix your creatine before going to the gym.

What do you do then if if you want to take creatine right after you train? Do what I do: Take the creatine in a container DRY and take your shake in another container. Then, after you're done w/your shower, add the creatine to your shake.

Also a good idea to add some carbs such as dextrose, raw oats, et c to the shake. This way, you get an insulin spike.

But some creatine apparently doesn't require insulin. Based on the results on my creatine poll in the supplement forum, I'm trying v12. V12 apparently works well w/o insulin. I'll add the v12 in post-cycle, which may be in a long, long time cause I haven't even started yet :bawling:

Actually I drink my creatine during my workout, usually about 20-30 minutes into it.
