I like stuff with dried fruit, but man does it kill my digestive system! Most cereal have a boat load of vitamins, not bad on protein usually either. Lucky charms are my fave though.

does porridge oats count as a cereal?
if so then them.
other wise muesli is good, but i cant be arsed eating it anymore so i just blend it with 40gm pro, i know your supposed to chew the stuff, but it just bores me!

I like those cereals that have all the "different" grains in them, like quinoa, flax, etc. They are yummy, healthy, lots of Omegas. Yum!
 
Just to note if you are looking for the highest glycemic index cereal for post-workout consumption to replace perhaps maltodex Crispix is it at 124 of the chart

otherwise at any other time it is likely best even when bulking to use a high fiber cereal like a Kashi as the calorie should be processed better and it is a 'cleaner' food

You want a real answer? Kashi, Toasted Barly, (you cook it, ask if you dont know how) and brown rice, 2 oz of hemp oil, goats milk, a teaspoon of freshly ground cinamon, two scoops of your favorite whey protein PURE (no fucking sweetener or thickener) and a handful of rough chopped toasted pecans.

Not only does it taste FUCKING GREAT but you will be getting hella omegas, protein out the wazoo and the most complex carbs you can get without science.
 
you need to watch the iron content in most cereals, it can get very high. iron is not good for your cardiovascular system. but finding a cereal w/o a lot of iron is nice as it's also a good opportunty to load it up with fresh fruit. :D
