Yes Whey is a part of my daily diet, only on Training days as during workout nutrition because I haven't made it a point to start brining whole foods into the gym yet.

Our bodies were designed/made/evolved/whateveruwannacallit to process whole foods.

This thread belongs in the Supplement Forum with all the other Whey Protein questions, ect.

Ive never seen Muscle Milk in stores on on the net. Is it available in Australia? and is it loaded with Sugar/carbs?
Some one told me that Calcium Cassiete is just another name for it. True?

What Is The Best Whey Protein?

Considering price factor- I actually like the Body Fortress stuff from Wal-mart. 2 scoops= 52 G's of protein, relatively low carbs, and some good Amino's...the cookies and creme is decent, and it mixes very easily-I don't even use the blender (unlike Muscle Milk which clumps every time).
