Now I use ISS Pro Complex (same matrix as the Pro Complex) but they have a Banana Milkshake flavor....YUM. So yes - like ZKaudio said - definintely go with the blend before bed.

JG1 New member May 20, 2003 #5 Personaly, I don't like any protein powder before bed. Solid food will stay in your system a lot longer the the protein powders. I'd just use some chciken breast and your Udo's.
