ThanX brothers!! Much appreciated!! Im more of a lurking moderator now. KILLING shit in a more sneakily and silent manner. I usually appear right before KILLING SOMEONE'S SHIT. I prefer the dark recesses of elite fitness, where I can claw myself and shed my skin. I post occasional tid bits in the training forum and can be found posting my famous stories in the chat forum from time to time. I was out training for 5 months due to a little "sprinkling" of the spine. Im coming back slowly now, which is all in my training journal. Just feeling things out. Come to my happy fuckin place. Come on lets crumple spines together!! We can hang fucking plates from our bodies and tear shit apart, defeat spines, all in the name of KILL THAT SHIT!!
